We receive information from third-party integrations you connect (payment processors, POS systems, marketplaces, delivery networks) to enable the Service. This may include order data, transaction data, restaurant identifiers, and status updates.

To fulfill orders, we share necessary order information (name, delivery address, phone number, items, order total) with the restaurant, driver, and platform operator handling your order.
When an order originates from or is dispatched to a third-party marketplace or delivery network (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, DoorDash Drive, or Uber Direct), we share the information necessary for that partner to fulfill the order.
We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you if this results in a material change to how your information is handled.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
Order and financial records are typically retained for at least 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements.
